HireTrainSell is run by Daitalink (“we”). This policy explains what we collect from applicants and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you give us when you apply: name, email, phone, ZIP code, work preferences, license status and work authorization.
- If you choose to do them: recordings, transcripts and written summaries of the interview and practice call.
- Basic technical information, such as the page that referred you.
How we use it
- To find agencies hiring where you want to work, and to send them your application.
- To contact you about jobs by phone, text or email, with your consent.
Who we share it with
We share your application, and your interview and practice call if you did them, with insurance agencies hiring in your area, so they can consider you for a job. We use service providers to run the site, store applications and run the voice calls. We never sell your information.
Automated interview and practice call
Both are optional, run by an automated voice system, and recorded. They do not decide who is hired. A person at the agency makes every hiring decision.
